  • Schedule high-priority orders, renewals, reissues, and duplicate issues outside the maintenance windows, including Automation events and Discovery scans.

  • Expect interruptions if you use APIs for immediate certificate issuance and automated tasks.

The PrimoSign signing service will be down for approximately 60 minutes during scheduled Global maintenance.

The maintenance starts at 22:00 MST (05:00 UTC). At this time, the PrimoSign signing services will be down for approximately 60 minutes.

Document Trust Manager's PrimoSign signing service in the DigiCert® ONE USA location.

What can I do?

PKI Platform 8 maintenance-related service interruptions

DigiCert® PKI Platform 8 will experience brief and periodic maintenance-related service interruptions during scheduled Global maintenance.

How does this affect me?

The PKI Platform 8 maintenance starts at 22:00 MST (05:00 UTC). From 22:00 to 24:00 MST (05:00 to 07:00 UTC), PKI Platform 8 will experience brief and periodic service interruptions.

  • APIs may return "503 services unavailable" errors.

  • Requests placed during this window that receive a "503 services unavailable" error message must be placed again after services are restored.

Rescheduled to align with our Europe maintenance schedule. Maintenance will be one hour earlier for those not observing U.S. daylight savings.*

DigiCert has canceled the maintenance, which was to affect Trust Lifecycle Manager and DigiCert ONE log-in. Due to technical issues, we must reschedule the work to another maintenance window.

We previously communicated that Trust Lifecycle Manager would be down for 10 minutes, and you would be unable to log in to DigiCert ONE for 5 minutes during scheduled maintenance on April 12.

Although we have redundancies to protect your services, some DigiCert services may be unavailable during this time.

Maintenance-related downtime and service interruptions for some DigiCert services

Trust Lifecycle Manager will be down and DigiCert ONE will experience service interruptions during Global maintenance.

How does this affect me?

  • Trust Lifecycle Manager maintenance – 10-minute downtime

    The Trust Lifecycle Manager maintenance starts at 22:00 MDT (04:00 UTC). At this time, Trust Lifecycle Manager will be down for 10 minutes.

    API note

    • APIs may return "503 services unavailable" errors.

    • Requests placed during this window that receive a "503 services unavailable" error message will need to be placed again after services are restored.

  • DigiCert ONE maintenance – unable to log in for 5 minutes

    The DigiCert ONE maintenance starts at 22:05 MDT (04:05 UTC). At this time, you cannot log in to DigiCert ONE for 5 minutes.

    What if I am already logged in?

    You will not be affected if logged in to DigiCert ONE before we start the maintenance. You can continue to work as long as you do not log out.

    If you log out, you cannot log in again until the maintenance is completed.
